Weight: 8 lbs 10 oz
Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gibson bass has aged well and is in good condition. The finish is glossy with light scratches and small dings throughout. The finish is worn near the bass side waist on the top and on a large patch on the back due to buckle rash. A corner of the pickguard near the controls has cracked off. The grommets in the top for the string through holes are cracked.
Modifications/Repairs: -The bass has been rewired, with the neck pickup, selector switch, and all pots replaced. -The bridge cover has been removed. -The strap buttons have been replaced. -The nut has been replaced.
Serial Number: 403721
Tech Notes: The bass plays well with medium action. The frets are wide and low with light play wear. There is some fret buzz above the twelfth fret due to neck inconsistencies. The serial number and set-in neck suggest a 1975 date.
